Outside Vendors
Thunderstruck Canada makes every effort to align with reputable vendors (photographers, videographers, etc) at various events. However, Thunderstruck Canada is not responsible for any unfulfilled orders resulting in a financial loss for the customer that may be caused as a direct result from the business practice of its vendors.
Dressing Rooms and Lobby
The performance venue, lobby and dressing rooms will be opened 1 hour before the start of the competition and close a 1/2-hour after the last awards session. In the event that you require additional theatre and/or technical time to set-up a performance, please inform us prior to the event so logistics can be organized. Depending on the nature of these requirements, set-up, takedown or cleaning may be charged for this time.
Littering Rule
Substances which alter the condition of the stage are prohibited. No form of liquid, gel, aerosol, glitter, etc. may be used that would affect the dancing surface. In the event that the stage requires a break in the performance to clean off the stage, a cleaning fee will be charged to the studio. If the stage is damaged as a result of mis-use, the Studio may be liable for damages.
