Thunder Bay Dance Competition - March 1 to 4, 2013

Thunderstruck Canada is getting excited for the Thunder Bay Dance Competition will be March 1-4, 2013 at the Thunder Bay Community Auditorium. The General Schedule is posted on the site. Routine order and performance times will be made available through your studio two weeks prior to the event. There is still time to register for the workshops and submit your name for consideration for the Star Talent Program. We have added recognition for the top score in each section, changed some or the Eye Of The Storm Awards, have a New Scoring Scale, a New Top Studio Calculation formula and the Top Studio Challenge & Dance Convention. These are all exciting changes for 2013. We will be pumping out lots of information in the coming weeks and encourage you to click on the subscribe button so that we can keep you informed.

Monthly Facebook Photo Selection

From now until the end of January, we are giving you the chance to have your voice heard. We will highlight the photo's with the most likes at the end of each month. The August selections has been made and like all future months they will randomly appear here.
Still lots of time to get your photo's selected. For more information, please visit our blog post Like Your Facebook Photo's - Monthly Leader Gets Featured! for full explanation. We want six (6) different images, so once selected a photo not eligible in future months.

Monthly selections will be announced on our Facebook Page, on our blog, on Tumblr, Pinterest, @ThunderstruckCA and visible here (photo's will rotate each time the page is loaded). The monthly photo will also become the cover of the 2012 Thunder Bay Dance Competition Album,
the image for the 2012 Thunder Bay Dance Competition Facebook Event Page and be included in the 2013 program.

OTC Dance Convention

There will be a total of three (3) workshop opportunities. A Level I (11 & under) class and a Level II (12 & up) class that will offered on alternating days of the competition. There will also be a Star Talent, which is an intensive, invitation only program. More information is available at: Thunder Bay Convention.
