Ordering Policy

Photos can be viewed at You can view and order digital copies as well as prints of various sizes, canvas', metal frames, and video online. Videos are not available for viewing. When ordering a video, please be sure that you select one image from the routine (not all the images). Routines will be in under your Studio Name in the City you competed in unless your studio is part of the Studio+ Program, in which case your studio director will have the information to access those routines.

For the protection of dancers and choreography we verify each order and do not permit ordering photos or videos unless it is your dancer (i.e. family member or the dancer). Relatives are welcome to order memories but additional verification may be requested. There are no exceptions. Please note these types of orders will most likely be delayed, especially during the competition season. You might also wish to look at our bulk order policy.

Bulk Orders

If you are a studio, teacher or group of parents that would like photo's and/or video's of a selection of routines from the competition, please send your request to with a list of the routines you would like included and the number of copies. We will provide you with a quote.

Terms Of Use

The Video's and Photograph's of taken at Thunderstruck Canada events are the property of Thunderstruck Canada Dance Corporation and are protected under the Copyright Act of Canada. We reserve all rights for the distribution and use of this imagery.

Personal Use

Video or photograph's purchased from Thunderstruck Canada are distributed for your personal use and enjoyment of your family. Reproducing, copying, or distributing digital content for any other purpose is strictly prohibited. You are free to make prints but the distribution outside your family or sale of these prints (which includes someone paying to have copies) is not permitted.

Promotional Use

The use of photograph's and/or video of Thunderstruck Canada competitions for purposes of promotion, advertising, or marketing including but not limited to print, electronic newsletters, websites or on social channels is permitted ONLY with the express written consent of Thunderstruck Canada Dance Corporation.

Return Policy

All sales are final. The opportunity to view photos and videos are provided at the competition. Please do not request a refund for purchases once you have received photos and/or videos.

Photo Format & Delivery

Photos are provided as JPG and either provided on USB if requested (event only) or a link will be emailed to you once payment has been processed. The link to your photos will be in a compressed .zip file and is recommended that you download to a computer (vs another device) for safe keeping).

Photo Orientation

Photographs are provided as is. All the photos from each routine are for your enjoyment. Some are landscape and other in portrait format. Most computer viewers will automatically read the photo information and show the image with the correct orientation. Thunderstruck Canada does not format the orientation. If you would like a slideshow created, please contact us we can provide you with a price to have this done.

Photo Prints & Other Printed Product Delivery

When ordering you have the option to crop your images as and if you wish. These edits are final once submitted and can not be altered. All printed products are processed through a professional lab and will be shipped between 2 and 7 business days once the order is processed.

Video Delivery

Video orders are processed in batches in the middle and end of the month. Every effort is made to get orders into these batches as soon as possible but depending on the timing of your order (i.e. busy months of March, April, and May) it may take up to 4 weeks for your DVD to be produced. If you ordered prints, they will be sent separately. They are from different suppliers.

Production on Video orders made after June 1, 2018, will be delayed until the end of September 2018.

Wrong or Missing Routines

If you receive a DVD with the wrong or missing video, please return it to the address below with a brief explanation and we will correct the situation.

Faulty DVDs or Corrupt Files

We have a 30-day return policy from the date your DVD is mailed. If your DVD does not work or a routine is playing incorrectly we will happily replace your DVD. A new DVD will be mailed out within 7 days of receipt of the DVD to be replaced. Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for DVDs that are miss treated or somehow become damaged past 30 days.
